Patreon announcement
Updated: May 11
It can be a fairly tenuous choice to be an artist in life, especially in today’s post Covid climate where nothing feels certain anymore. Creative challenges aside, making the decision to continue along this path has not been an easy one for me at times. But it is a necessary one, a choice I make again every day upon waking and one I make with a lot of joy in my heart.
Patreon is a way to support artists and creators and share in their journey. And I am so excited to be launching my page this week! It’s something I’ve been thinking about doing for a while - allowing me to share my art with you in a more accessible way. I’ll be posting unreleased songs, videos, livestreams, chats, artworks, discounts on my merch and early access to releases.
There are four ways to support me – the first three get access to the same benefits, it’s just up to you how much you’d like to pay. I’m offering ten percent off all physical merch in my Bandcamp store, I’ll share home recordings of covers of songs I love and acoustic versions of earlier releases. When you sign up you get a welcome pack of a handprinted canvas bag and four photographic prints of my botanical images taken in Boorloo. And there’s so much more – livestreams, videos and maybe even some recipes…
The highest tier includes some pretty special things including commissioned songs, your name in the credits on my next record (after Nashville) and free entry plus one to every gig for as long as you subscribe.
Get in touch and let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to see on my Patreon.
